A new book titled “Soul Survivor, The Reincarnation Of A World War II Fighter Pilot,” may be the most well documented story about reincarnation. The story is about a WWII fighter pilot killed during the war, and the remarkable reincarnation into the life of a little boy. The boy, James Leininger, is today eleven-years-old. The story is told by his parents. When little James was two-years old he started having violent nightmares, kicking in bed and screaming out scary-phrases. |

He is the twinkle in his parents' eye, the center-piece of his family. At, two-years old, James was just beginning to put sentences-together. He was happy, playful and good natured. But, those nightmares occurred about three times a week. His parents were very concerned about the chilling nightmares, and were determined to find out what they could be about. The only TV James watched was shows like Sesame Street and Tele-Tubbies.Bruce and Andrea Leininger began a journey-of-exploration to try and explain the fragmented sentences their son kept bring up, and the shouts from within his nightmares. What could it all mean? What they would find out would rock them to their core-beliefs. |

The story will rock your core-beliefs too! James started early drawing pictures of planes on fire. He had a fascination with airplanes. One time he and his dad were looking at pictures of planes and he pointed to a picture of one of the planes and said, “that's a Corsair!” He still couldn't read and had not been around any airplanes. He told his dad the Corsair had a habit of blowing out tires on landing on ships (and Corsairs did have that problem when landing on aircraft carriers). The more the parents tried to research the things they were hearing from their son the more alarmed they became. He told them about a big battle and his plane crashing. He had three G.I. Joe dolls that he named Walter, Leon, and Billie. As, research continued it was discovered there were three sailors on board the U.S.S. Natoma who had died while serving. Other things little James said were about his plane on fire, lots of smoke, and “little man can't get out.”
The U.S.S. Natoma was a WWII aircraft carrier and participated in the Battle of Iwo Jima. Only one pilot had been lost and his name was James Huston.
The more they researched the arcane comments and fragmented details little James revealed, the more they were drawn inescapably to a shocking conclusion: that James was reliving the life of James Huston, a World War II fighter pilot who was |

The sister of James Huston is in her 90s and she and little James have become good friends. There was a reunion of the WWII crew of the U.S.S. Natoma, and little James was able to attend. Little James was able to bring closure to James Huston's sister after decades of wondering about her brother. |
